Step 7 – Secure Financing.

Finalize your mortgage with your financial institution.

 

Step 8 – Legal Procedure.

Hire a Real Estate Lawyer to fill out the required closing documents.

 

Step 9 – Time to Move.

Grab your stuff and move into your home!

 

Step 10 – Utilities and Mailbox.

Transfer utilities such as, water, hydro, and gas into your name. Don’t forget to get the mailbox keys for your mail.
